How I developed a methodology taking the parts of agile that I understood and liked to develop an hybrid agile/waterfall method for our various non-developmental projects and how it changed the dynamics of how projects are run and reported on in our environment.

About Our Speaker:
Ms. Morales earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and she holds a Masters in Public Administration from Tennessee State University. She serves as communications director for Global Sisters in Project Management, an organization of minority women involved in project management. She is the immediate past president of the University of Tennessee Black Alumni Council. Additionally, Ms. Morales owns her own Professional Organizing business, The Happiness Bucket, and volunteers regularly at the Nashville Rescue Mission coordinating Waller’s volunteer efforts with the organization.
