About this event:
Agile methodologies have evolved briskly since their inception and capitalize on teamwork. More so, the artifacts, ceremonies, and roles found within the most popular agile method, Scrum, create and enhance a team’s intrinsic social capital. In short, Scrum normalizes social DNA to build accountability, collaboration, and trust.
So why does this occur? Why does social capital help an organization? How can all types of organizations, not just software companies, benefit from Scrum
In this session, we investigate the social side of Scrum to dismantle silos; we explore the business value of social capital to maximize gain; and we examine actual team results from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. If you are interested in learning more about the social nature of agile, please plan to attend this session.
