Appreciative Change: Using Positive Potential For Change That Lasts.
We are expected to be problem solvers every day whether we are at home or at work, but how often do we find a solution only to discover that we may have limited ourselves in analysis and understanding of the original issue.
Join the Change Management Community of Practice as we explore the Appreciative Change model with Deb Palmer George. From this session you will:
- Understand how Appreciative Inquiry can be used to support the continuity of change and to grasp resistance
- Fully comprehending and working with the needs of your client or the entity in need of change
- Walk away with the ability to transform conflict into creativity
