Communicators Improv Toolbox
May 19, 2015 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Talking and reacting in the moment is the core of what you do as a project manager and business analyst. Improvisation is the practice of communicating and reacting in the moment and in response to the stimulus of one’s immediate environment. You will come away with a group of new tools to implement, and be inspired, empowered, and confident in working independently and more collaboratively. Areas of focus include being in the moment, being aware of your surroundings, verbal and non-verbal communications, active listening, emotional awareness, and more.
- Understand how improvisation can help them be better communicators
- Learn to think on your feet and keep a conversation moving forward
- Gain confidence and trust in yourself and others
