March Luncheon – Agile Project Management Dilbert way! by Priyanka Sharma & Thena Berry
March 15, 2016 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Today’s event is sponsored by ‘Strategic Staffing Solutions’
Agile is to traditional project management what football goals are to swimmers – in a totally different universe. Agile asks for collaboration, facilitation, servant-style leadership and coaching the teams. Project managers have to figure out new ways to manage time, cost, reporting and scope of Agile projects. But with experience in these fields, who better to act as a guiding force than an Agile Project Manager?
Agile does not cover all necessary aspects of Product Development Lifecycle: Agile Project Managers help bridge that gap. Join us as we share our real life experiences on how we can magically create a bridge between Project Management and the Agile framework.
