PMI Nashville November 2019 luncheon – A Dash of Flexibility, a Pinch of Compromise, and a Sprinkle of Reality

A Recipe for Meeting Project Requirements and Keeping Project Teams Satisfied

Objectives – Participants will learn how to apply PMI methodologies to real-world project obstacles while using flexibility, compromise, development of good working relationships, and practical application of project templates.

About Presenter:

Holly Gerald has more than 19 years of project management experience and over 18 years of those years in the healthcare field. Holly started her project management career at a telecom company and then worked her way over to HCA in the year 2001. As Senior Project Director, she leads the project management effort for client revenue cycle, credentialing, HIM, and point solutions implementations.

Holly is currently involved with leading a Project Management team on implementing several HCA Acquisitions to Parallon’ s Revenue Cycle, HIM, Credentialing, and Point Solution services. Holly’s past program initiatives include managing the Revenue Cycle and Point Solutions Client Implementations, HCA and Client Acquisitions, HCA and Client Divestitures, HCA Greenfields (or new build), Medicaid Eligibility Tool Development and Implementation, Integrated Staffing and Scheduling System (ISAS) program, Nursing Stat initiative, the Scheduling Excellence program, the Facility Scheduler program, the Master Staffing Agency program, PRN Call Center program, UCC Optimization, ePay, and Kronos iSeries implementations. She has also worked with several Executive leaders and peers to build collaborative SharePoint sites and works with team members to add valuable templates to project toolkits.
