Steven Lyles is a Senior Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience in project management and large-scale implementations, specializing in healthcare informatics, clinical pharmacy operations, emergency operations, oncology, and diabetes management. Steven is a proactive problem-solver who diligently leads teams from ideation to completion while ensuring that stakeholders receive effective communication. He strives to learn from all situations and improve his effectiveness and the effectiveness of others by seeking to execute project deliverables while being efficiently pragmatic.
Steven has served in leadership positions with Toastmasters and won 1st place for Table Topics in District 63 in 2015. In 2012, Steven directed a documentary film that was an official selection into the Sidewalk Film Festival in Birmingham, AL.
Steven earned his undergraduate degree in journalism and mass communication with a broadcast journalism concentration and a minor in film production from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Steven also earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2016 and is a Certified ScrumMaster(CSM).
