The Lemon Projects as Learning Arenas:
The webinar brings up new perspectives of competence and learning in a knowledge-intensive world. This session will present new insights in how different perspectives of competence are linked to different contexts and to the organizational culture and identity and by this introducing a new framework called the Lemon. In addition, the webinar will bring up how projects are learning arenas and how we can use this awareness to improve utilization of competence and to select the right people to the right job.
Dr. Rolf Medina
Rolf Medina, PhD in Project and Programme Management, is a Boundary Spanner that connects academia and business. Currently Rolf is Associate Professor at Umeå University, Sweden, and Module Responsible at UCL, London. Besides his academic career, Rolf has for 17 years, acted as an independent Management Consultant where he has worked with companies such as IKEA, Sony, Ericsson, and many other large and medium-sized organizations; in many cases in international assignments.
