About the Presenter:
Doug Gray is a perpetual learner and teacher. He is currently wearing three hats as: 1) the VP of Consulting Solutions, The Work Institute, a leader in evidence-based research and consulting, 2) an Engagement Manager for CoachSource, the largest global provider of executive coaches and leadership consultants, and 3) a PhD student in Organizational Leadership. He is formerly a consultant and business owner for 17 years, director of a non-profit, and an author of two books and multiple articles..
