Risk register is an important component of the overall risk management framework. The goal of this presentation will be an in-depth understanding of this topic to enable us to understand the risk management processes better including:

• How to identify, communicate to the impact of project risks with the project team.
• Tips for Creating a Risk Register in Excel and SharePoint
• Retiring Risks

Cancellation Policy: Refunds for Event Cancellations will be full via PMI Nashville Chapter.
Individual cancellations prior to the closure date (March 21, 2017/Tuesday midnight) will be refunded in full via the Chapter VP of Finance
