About this event:

This dynamic program is all about who you are as a leader — for an organization or project. It’s a thought-provoking assessment of and a conversation about you that essentially asks the questions: “Who are you as a leader and what is your Personal Leadership Brand (PLB)?” After individual and interactive group exploration of these questions, Kevin then will show you how to create and develop a strong(er) Personal Leadership Brand — or to “rebrand” — that allows you as a leader to be more influential among your employees, peers, and superiors.

About the Presenter:

Kevin McNulty is a leadership and soft-skills coach with 25 years’ experience.  He helps people discover simple, but powerful truths to help them become better people and professionals.  Kevin’s skillful coaching and presentations offer profound insights and effective strategies for ongoing personal, professional, and organizational development.  While his formal education includes an M.A. in Communications/Leadership and Influence, Kevin believes his real education and hard-won wisdom come from his experiences drawn from an extraordinary life (  As a speaker Kevin is lauded for his thought-provoking ideas, masterful storytelling, good humor, and uncanny ability to facilitate meaningful conversations from the platform. His intended outcome is to stimulate audiences to think deeper, see clearer, and make important steps toward growth and change.

He is the author of three books: The Gap Between Two Worlds…(on change); From Limited to Limitless; and 7 Truths for Learning, Changing, and Growing. Kevin lives with his wife, Jane, and two daughters near Nashville, Tennessee.
