Zycron is hiring a Project Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity in Nashville, TN.

Project Coordinator – Task List

  • Support tracking and reporting requirements for the projects
  • Partner with project and/or program manager to design, deploy and manage tracking and reporting processes
  • Leverage Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project and other tools to support the tracking and reporting needs
  • Follow-up with team members to provide statuses in a timely fashion, and escalate as needed when required updates are not provided
  • Ensure data is accurate and provided in a timely fashion according to the needs of the program office and executive reporting
  • Participate in project team meetings as needed
  • Review and update Microsoft Project plans as needed
  • Assist project manager with developing PMO compliance artifacts and in achieving compliance at every phase of the project
  • Assist project manager with ensuring required deliverables are received, approvals are obtained, documents are stored properly, and evidence of completion is facilitated effectively and efficiently
  • Support the timely gathering of pertinent information for executive reporting
  • Support cost reporting for project
  • Assist project manager with taking minutes when necessary
  • As needed, support development of weekly status reports
  • Support project manager with development and processing of change requests
  • Support project manager with logging and managing issues, risks and action items
  • Run meetings in the absence of the project manager

Technical Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel [pivot tables, vlookup, etc.])
  • Microsoft Project, SharePoint (document repositories, lists), Teams
  • Outlook
  • Skype for Business
  • Soft Skills Required

Other Required Skils

  • Comfortable productively engaging with and supporting project stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Comfortable and productive working with remote team members
  • Able to be productive hoteling
  • Disaster Recovery Policy requires taking Deloitte laptop home each day and keeping it secure at all times
