Parallon Technology Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities: ​
Lead coordinated efforts between vendors and enterprise stakeholders to resolve IT security vulnerabilities, gaps in security compliance, or other security related issues as identified by HCA’s Information Protection & Security Department.
Oversee the device level remediation or mitigation work including but not limited to connected medical devices, industrial control systems, and other systems as identified.
Perform multi-effort planning, organization, and metrics reporting on progress to team and department management for assigned efforts. Manage risks and interdependencies within assigned efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact/subject matter expert on all assigned remediation efforts.
Research and study industry reporting and security alerts impacting devices in scope on assigned efforts to learn and understand security risks and options for resolution.
Maintain regular contact with external and internal personnel involved in local and remote remediation efforts across HCA.
Provide leadership and coordination from project initiation through completion.
Manage accountability and follow-up to ensure all assigned tasks have been completed fully and within set timeframes.
Identify and document opportunities for process improvement and innovation to improve remediation efforts.
Escalate unresolved issues with technology or personnel with team management as needed.
Other assigned duties as needed.
Position Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience required
3+ years’ experience in an Information Security or IT Auditor role required
Experience with risk-based vulnerability prioritization, reporting, and developing remediation steps in an enterprise environment
Experience driving projects that focus on vulnerability management across multiple technology teams in large complex organizations
Experience in Vendor Management
Experience with change management, process improvement and organizational analysis
Experience in technology planning, project planning, team leadership, as well as establishing and managing service measures to ensure organizational effectiveness
Experience working in a healthcare environment – preferred
