Job Summary:

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall teams and project items for new business or complicated up-sells for the company. This position will develop and manage multiple, concurrent project plan schedules while monitoring projects daily to track progress against the work plan schedules. This position also identifies any risks, communicates those out to internal and external teams and follow-ups on issues throughout the implementation Additional artifacts the Project Manager will develop and continue to update are communication plans, work group meeting agendas and minutes, deliverables logs, project timelines and dashboards to measure project progress. This position works collaboratively with the Account Management, Finance and Business Unit teams as well as other Sharecare departments and acts as a central information source for team members.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the overall process of an implementation and the teams that involves:

o          Develop project plans and manage multiple, concurrent plans

o          Hold regular status meetings and document project status

o          Complete and submit internal and external status reports

o          Notify team members of their deliverables and due dates

  • Proactively communicate information needed by team members to complete their tasks
  • Facilitate / Participate in customer meetings
  • Identify, document, and track issues, risks, dependencies and progress
  • Seek out, implement, and document problem resolutions
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Follow-up on open issues and action items to ensure they are resolved
  • Proactively communicate with all Sharecare teams that play a role in implementations (or other projects)
  • Provide expertise in decision-making and help to build a full understanding amongst the teams of the dependencies across the teams, project schedules, risks, and issues
  • Play an active role in building alignment and integration between Sharecare and customers as well as between functional areas involved in the implementation process; Promote enterprise wide understanding of projects, timelines, dependencies, etc.
  • Ensure that Sharecare leadership has a comprehensive understanding of projects, timelines, dependencies, etc.
  • Support business development efforts, as requested

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or related field required
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Prior experience managing people or processes
  • Certifications in project management, product development lifecycle or process management a plus
  • Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes
  • Experience should include proficiency in Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, process improvement, change management, cross functional team management and personal resiliency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to work effectively in an ever-changing environment and have the proven ability to motivate team members to meet goals, deadlines and deliverables
  • Health promotion, Disease Management or Health System experience a plus
