TEKSYSTEMS: Project Coordinator

Job Description:
• Tasks Include, but not limited to:
• Project plan mechanics including task updates
• Managing & tracking audit deliverables (sign-offs, documentation, etc.)
• Change requests – coordinate internal signatures, status updates in PWA
• Issue tracking & reporting
Compile assessments; produce final assessment deliverable
• Training on PWA
• Assist with on boarding and orientation of new project staff
• Assisting with status and escalation master schedule updates
• Data analysis; issue aging, costing, etc. as needed
• Go-live logistics and prep
• Facilitate communication between PM & corporate (non-escalation)
• Maintain minutes and distribute action items list from executive meetings on site during conversion
• Maintain minutes and distribute action items list from weekly corporate Deployment meetings
• Take meeting minutes as needed for the site Project Managers
• Setup and schedule meetings/calls for projects
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience:
• Projects – experience with project schedules including all project phase and dependencies including planning/design, implementation, testing and business partner acceptance and implementation
