As project managers, we are constantly challenged with leading people that do not report to us.  Therefore, we must rely on other forms of influence to drive results in our project teams.  Project managers have to manage more than just the triple constraint: they must also manage people.  Getting results through others is most effective when you have built a strong relationship.

Relationships can be a key differentiator in your personal effectiveness.  In this talk, Justin will draw from his experience at c3/consulting (and the knowledge of others at c3) to share thoughts about:
