Effecting Change Through Agile Values with Executive Support
April 21, 2015 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Why Agile development is better than other methodologies but still faces an uphill battle with executives. Why do executives prefer Waterfall and don’t understand Agile. Understand why Agile is better and how to communicate that to the C-Suite (CFO, CEO, COO). What KPI’s and metrics can be used to drive business success without undermining team cohesion. How to incorporate concepts like architecture, design and user experience that often fall outside of Agile processes.
