PMI Nashville September 2022 Luncheon Webinar: Emotional Intelligence Skills To Supercharge Team Performance: Constructive Feedback

September 28 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Summary of Event:

Avoiding difficult conversations is very tempting because we don’t like confrontation and assume talking about the issue will worsen the situation. However, the problem with delaying feedback is that it adds to our stress and makes the eventual conversation even harder.

Marek Rudak will teach you Emotional Intelligence skills that have helped hundreds of his corporate clients use constructive feedback as an opportunity to strengthen relationships and elevate results.

Event Objective

  1. Set empowering expectations.
  2. Ask for actionable feedback.
  3. Use conflict to build stronger relationships

1 hour – Leadership

About the Presenter:

Born in Poland, I lost my dad at a young age and moved to the United States at 14 when my mom remarried. I graduated in the top 10% of my class at West Point and became a Ranger in the 82nd Airborne Division, where I deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon separating from the Army, I joined ExxonMobil, where I worked on global, multi-billion-dollar projects for 10 years. A brutal divorce led me to a lot of soul searching and multiple life changes. Finally, after meeting the love of my life, I decided to commit myself to full-time coaching.

I currently provide on-demand executive coaching to C-Suite leaders and their teams nationally and internationally for companies like Google, Autodesk, NBA, Nasdaq, Salesforce, The New York Times, Coursera, GE, Bloomberg, and TechnipFMC. Learn more at
