Job Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Overall engagement management, governance and SLA/KPI adherence
- Escalation management and conflict resolution
- Governance and reporting on all the SLAs/KPIs

- Technical Delivery Management
- Ability to create high level and implementation level project plans based on the solution architecture and design for applications
- Ability to define the cross-cutting and architecture building blocks in terms of security, networking, interconnect with other clouds, interconnect with on-premises, and articulate processes for accelerated migrations
- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals
- Identify risks, proactively mitigate any risks
- Financials Management
- Manage large multi project budget
- Margin management, cost of delivery optimization
- Support IT investment decisions & work/project prioritization
- Business Development
- Willingness to contribute beyond project responsibilities develop account
- Develop account plans and work closely with Client and Engagement Delivery partners
- Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements
- Project and Team Management
- Track against the key deliverables and timelines as set forth in the SOW
- Manage resource planning and allocation across multiple workstreams
- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems as they arise
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills – Able to speak to executive audience, business, and technical leaders; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents & visuals and ability to adapt presentations based on the expectations & background of the audience
- Problem-solving mindset with positive attitude towards delivery and with strong intent to make the client engagement successful
- Should be well versed in managing critical situations, risk mitigation, conflict resolution and escalation management
- Very good experience with various portfolio /project management tools and methodologies
- Strong management skills with ability to coach and lead both virtual and physical teams
- Ability to get hands-on with systems for building new components / complex problem resolution
- Candidate should be familiar in dealing with executives and should possess the skill to convince them during conflicts and able to expand our footprint in the client landscape
- Willingness to travel and support critical requests based on priority outside of business hours
- Some Travel Required (?)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- 5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night events
Qualifications
- About 15+ years of experience in IT including delivery manager, technical lead, project manager and senior program management roles
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing CXO level executives
- Should have knowledge in reviewing effort estimations, technical solutions, delivery governance
- Must have directly managed a large global team (50+ team members based out of 3+ locations) involving large scale migration / development using various technologies
- Candidate should be flexible to travel based on client needs
