Wellpath – Projects and Process Manager – Full time

Supports operations personnel to include Regional Managers, Health Services Administrators, and the Division Leadership Team. The Projects and Process Manager serves as a liaison between the Home Office, Division Leadership, and Field Operations staff in the coordination and completion of various client and operational requirements. Additionally, the Projects and Process Manager coordinates and supports the implementation of new site implementations and transitions. Travel required.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field required.
Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:
Medical and / or Correctional industry knowledge/experience mandatory.
Site experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications
*PMP preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all functions required to facilitate the smooth operation of the Business Unit. Makes liaison with all internal departments required to administer the program.
  • Coordinate, Track, Review, and enhance the Compliance requirement of a sound Corrective Action Plan Program within the Division.
  • Provide analytical review of the Division Budget and Site Budgets upon request.
  • Serve as the Project Lead for all Division Contract Implementations/Transitions. Supports the on-site implementation of new contracts enhancing the capabilities of the Regional managers.
  • Monitor and Audit select monthly reports.
  • Perform Audits as requested by Regional Managers to include, but not limited to, Budget Reviews, Staffing Deployment, Peer Reviews, CQI submissions.
  • Responsible to provide operational support as assigned.
  • Provide the Division leadership weekly status reports on all current projects.
  • Coordinate and conduct trainings, conference calls and informational emails as needed.
  • Maintain Staffing Matrix and Position Control management and training.
  • Assist and support Division Leaders, Regional Managers, HSAs as needed to include long term and short-term operations projects.
  • Responsible to inform supervisors of any difficulties in handling assigned work so priorities can be established to ensure essential tasks are completed.
  • Responsible to interrelate and work effectively with all staff and partners.
  • Responsible to maintain confidentiality as it relates to all business in accordance with company policy and procedure.
