Nancy Everitt

HEOPS INC

Nancy Everitt is the Founder, CEO and PMO Director for HEOPS Inc, a strategic partner to the nation’s best health plans. HEOPS is known for leading expedited (60-120 day) complex provider network development projects with a high success rate. She previously worked for LIFEPOINT Health, HCA and Quorum. Nancy in an innovator and led the ideation and creation of the nation’s largest long-term services and supports network to help individuals age and thrive at home.

She is a social entrepreneur focused on creating companies serving frail and underserved populations. She also serves on the Board of Shelters to Shutters in Nashville (situational homeless) and helped found the Women’s Leadership Center at Arkansas State University.

Nancy is a champion for PMI and created an emerging leaders’ program to mentor CAPM and PMP candidates within the organization. She has been a member of PMI and the Nashville Chapter since 2012.

Nora Ten Broeck

Nora M. Ten Broeck, PMP, CPMAI, is a results driven  professional with more than two decades experience leading complex projects within multiple industries such as technology, finance, and healthcare while creating organizational value by transforming the Delivery Experience.  She currently serves as a Senior Director within the Healthcare and Life Sciences team for 3Cloud, a Cognizant company. 

 

Nora earned an MBA in Technology and Operations Management from Aurora University and additional undergraduate and graduate degrees from Western Illinois University. Nora attained and has maintained a PMP certification since 2010 and affiliated with the Nashville chapter in 2019.  She and her partner Tom enjoy cooking, entertaining, cycling, enjoying Tennessee's natural outdoor treasures, and supporting cancer related charities.

Wenbin Fan

GLOBAL MANUFACTURING SERVICES, INC.

Wenbin “Fancy” Fan is a project manager with over ten years of experience in the manufacturing industry. She earned her PMP certification in 2021 and holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University, where she studied under leading project management faculty. Currently, she works at Global Manufacturing Services in Columbia, TN, serving major tire manufacturers. Her role includes project leadership, finance, and operations. Wenbin is also a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Passionate about professional development, she is committed to contributing to the PMI Nashville Chapter and supporting the growth of the local PMI community.

Meagan Smith

SPECIALTYCARE

Meagan Smith is an accomplished project manager with more than 15 years of experience leading initiatives in higher education, IT, and healthcare. She is known for her collaborative leadership, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping teams deliver meaningful, measurable results.

At SpecialtyCare, Meagan oversees healthcare projects that support operating room services such as perfusion and intraoperative monitoring. Her work focuses on improving processes, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring high‑quality patient‑centered outcomes.

Beyond her professional work, Meagan is passionate about community involvement and creativity. She enjoys volunteering, crafting, traveling, and designing detailed vacation itineraries for friends and family.

Yolanda Bennett

Yolanda Bennett is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, enterprise-level programs across finance, and nonprofit sectors. She has led large, cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives involving systems modernization, process improvement, risk management, and organizational change. Her background spans IT program management, operations, governance, and strategic execution, with a consistent focus on aligning people, process, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

Yolanda brings a servant-leader mindset to her work, grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. She is known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, engage diverse stakeholders, and translate strategic vision into practical, executable plans. Her professional experience includes consulting and leadership roles supporting both public and private organizations, where she has helped teams strengthen delivery discipline, optimize workflows, and build sustainable operating models.

An active member of the PMI Nashville community, Yolanda is passionate about mentoring, professional development, and fostering inclusive spaces where project professionals can grow and lead with confidence. She believes in the power of community, shared learning, and ethical leadership to advance the project management profession and create lasting impact—both locally and beyond.

Scott Tierno

UNITEK LEARNING

Dr. Scott Tierno is a seasoned academic leader and the current Director of the Academic Leadership Academy at Unitek. With a robust educational background, Scott holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Plymouth State University, a M.Ed. in Student Personnel & Counseling from Northeastern University, a D.A. in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University, and a PMP attained in 2021. Scott’s journey in academic leadership began in 1989 as the Associate Director of the University Center & Student Activities at Shippensburg University. He later advanced to become the Director of Student Activities and the Student Activities Center at Gannon University in 1994. His impactful contributions extended to Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and Vanderbilt University, where his roles were pivotal in institutional growth and student engagement. While at SNHU, Scott was instrumental in the reconstruction of the Robert A. Freese Student Center, establishing a New Student Orientation program recognized for its excellence, and managing all commencement activities. He is celebrated for developing the 6 Principles of College Union Efficacy, a published theory that has gained international acclaim for enhancing student center operations. In 2021, Scott joined Unitek, bringing with him a wealth of experience and innovation to his role as Director of the Academic Leadership Academy. He is committed to fostering an environment that promotes academic excellence and supports faculty development. Scott’s extensive career and ongoing contributions to academia make him a distinguished figure in the world of educational leadership. He is dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering academic innovation, and driving institutional excellence, making him a valued speaker and participant at our conference.

Trevor Lovegrove

Trevor has been at the leading edge of organizational and technological change management and business transformation for most of his professional career. Trevor continuously drives organization effectiveness through personal leadership and technology advances. He has created teams that can adapt to shifts in business priorities and follow principles of accountability and empowerment.

 

Trevor has created PMO’s for global companies and managed Merger & Acquisition projects, integrating 19 companies’ operating processes (from Marketing through sales, Order Management and Financial accounting) onto a standard platform. Trevor has also led multiple business transformation projects, including, the consolidation of multi-site operations into a single location, consolidating technology, processes and teams from four independent technical support centers to one.

 

Trevor worked as an SAP customer program Manager and as a partner, implementing SAP cloud platforms for companies ranging from an NHL team to a skincare company. ERP projects such as these require extensive organizational management expertise gained over the years to support organizations implement new platforms as smoothly and expeditiously as possible.

 

Since moving to Nashville, TN Trevor volunteers for PMI Nashville chapter as VP of professional Development and Project Management Leaders Trainer for the Red Cross.

Linda Stachera

K-12 EDUCATION SOFTWARE

Linda Stachera has over 20 years of experience in the field of grants management. As a retiree from the State of Tennessee, she served the state in various capacities including project director, education consultant, data coordinator, and SME on grants management systems. Currently, she continues this work as a Senior Consultant for LINQ as part of the eGrants team, serving the K-12 education community across multiple states implementing online grants management systems.

Linda’s journey with PMI Nashville began as the Director of Luncheons (since 2018), becoming the VP of Programs in 2020. Linda has a PMP, along with CSM, CSPO, and ITIL 4 Foundations certifications. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor’s in Science in IT from Tennessee State University. She has been married to her husband, Tracy, for over 40 years.
